Welcome to Vestara! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Vestara's website, mobile applications, and trading connection services (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all the terms and conditions outlined here.
2. The Platform
Vestara provides a social trading platform connecting expert traders ("Mentors") with learners ("Traders"). We facilitate the copying of trades, educational marketplaces, and wallet management. Vestara is a technology provider, not a brokerage or financial advisor. All trading operations are executed by third-party broker integrations (e.g., MT5 instances) via our Cloud Bridge.
3. Risk Warning & Financial Disclaimer
Trading in financial markets (Forex, Crypto, Commodities, etc.) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your initial investment. The past performance of Mentors is NOT a guarantee of future results. You copy trades at your own specific risk.
4. Fees & Profit Sharing
Vestara operates on a "Profit Share" model. A total 10% fee is deducted only from profitable copied trades:
- 4% goes to the Mentor for executing a winning trade.
- 6% goes to Vestara as a platform and maintenance fee.
No monthly subscription fees apply for Copy Trading. Custom course purchases in the Academy are handled via direct payments to the Mentors, minus standard platform processing fees.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or delete your account (with or without notice) if we observe a violation of these Terms, illegal activities, or deliberate abuse of our technology platform.
